From Teaching to Instructional Design

Before starting my career in Instructional Design field, I was a teacher, passionate about creating engaging and effective learning experiences for my students. However, I realized that I could have an even greater impact by designing educational materials that could reach a wider audience.

This inspired me to transition into the field of instructional design, where I could use my expertise to create meaningful learning experiences that help people grow and achieve their goals. I am truly passionate about what I do, and I believe that education has the power to transform lives. That's why I pour my heart and soul into every project that I work on, striving to create engaging and effective learning experiences that make a real difference.

Life is sweet

I have observed a dearth of Arabic books tailored towards teenagers, particularly in comparison to the abundance of English language books available in libraries.

Al Haya Helwa

As such, I took it upon myself to create a book that addresses this gap, titled "Life is Sweet." This book is specifically designed for girls and explores important themes such as self-confidence, happiness, dealing with bullying, time management, goal-setting, academic struggles, and more. It also includes exercises for promoting positive thinking and self-discovery, allowing readers to uncover their unique strengths and qualities. Drawing upon my expertise as an author, illustrator, and designer, I have crafted a visually captivating and informative guide that resonates with young readers, providing them with invaluable insights and advice.

My Passion for Baking

In addition to being an instructional designer, I'm also a passionate baker. I love experimenting with new recipes and creating cakes with unique and delicious flavor combinations.

My love of baking actually relates quite well to my work as an instructional designer. Just like with baking, creating effective learning experiences involves a careful combination of different ingredients. By mixing together the right blend of content, design, and delivery methods, I can create an experience that is both engaging and effective. And just like how people enjoy my cakes, I strive to create learning experiences that people actually enjoy and find valuable. Whether I'm baking a cake or designing a course, my goal is to create something that people will love and that will help them grow and succeed.
